Most of you know that we are trying to sell our house, but now it has become pretty imperative that it sells sooner rather than later. SO - if you know anyone who is looking to buy, tell them about this gem ;) We have really loved living there, but we're most likely moving this year sometime. If you know college students who want to rent it (between $300 and $400/person) then that would work too!!
I'm really serious here - it's gotta go!! Great for newlyweds, young families, or older folks! Fenced in backyard with a deck, dog run, and fully landscaped. (I sound like a TV ad or something)
Anyway, if you know anyone who is looking, please tell them about it. We live in Springville and it is SO much better than living in Orem or Provo (I have lived in both so I can say that). I've put a link from utahhomes.com on the side of my blog so it's always there for anyone who wants to see it :)
I emailed the link to my sister. I figured with her morgage stuff she might know someone looking for a house. I dont know if anything will turn up but i thought it was worth a try.

ReplyDeleteSo Chase is trying to talk me in to moving down there but I am not so sure. We would have to live by Lafayette? Is there any cool areas around? Im not really a city girl. Chase loves it down there and keeps talking about boudin & cracklin, does that ring any bells?
Anyway are you guys thinking of moving to St. George still??
