This has been a big week for Chloe! On Wednesday she laughed for the first time. It was a real laugh, not just a smile and some noise. I have never heard a more precious sound. Then, today she rolled over!! I had her on her stomach, on my bed while I was brushing my teeth. When I turned to pick her up and she was on her back!!! Then, later, I put her on the floor (on her stomach) and within 10 seconds, she rolled over - this time I saw it!!
She's just growing so fast - I love it. She will be eating the mushed up food within the next month!! I'm so sad that I have to miss some things while I'm at work, but when I spend time with her, I can tell she knows that I am her mommy - no one else. I feel like she has been a part of me for my entire life. If she was the only child I was able to have, I think I would be ok. Besides, I can't imagine making a cuter baby :)
Bonnie,

I can't believe she's rolling over!! They grow up way too fast. I know how you feel and I wish every day that I didn't have to work so that I could stay home with Halle. At least you know she's in a place where she's loved :) Hopefully one of these days we'll be stay home mommies :)
ReplyDeleteYAY! I can't wait for Mark to roll over it so fun to see them grow, but at the same time I want him to stay little forever!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a sweet post!! Don't you just LOVE being a mom!?! Chloe is sooo cute. I can't believe she is already rolling over and laughing. I can remember the first time I heard Destry laugh. Totally brought tears to my eyes...definitely one of the sweetest sounds in the world. It still is...I doubt that will ever change! love you!
