Snow day!!

Ok, so I know it didn't snow today, but we have about 8 inches in our backyard that is totally untouched! And Chloe finally has a snow suit so we went out and "played" in it. I really just sat her on the ground and waited for funny things to happen! She eventually loosened up and started eating the snow.... Good thing the dogs haven't been out there yet!!

She got some snow on her gloves and started sticking them in her mouth. When she realized where the snow was coming from, she went straight to the source.

Christmas

Well, I guess it's time I post about Christmas!! We went to my parents' house in Logandale and it was lots of fun :)
Chloe takes baths in the big bathtub now - not that it's an accomplishment, but she sure is cute!!

She would not sit still for me to take pictures of her in front of the tree. She just kept going for all the presents under the tree - that's my girl!!

She got a little glow worm from my brother's family and she loves it! Every time I push its tummy, she just gets mesmerized.

So, it FINALLY happened!! Chloe crawled - she first did it on Sunday, right before we left my parents house, but it was very quick. Now, we can get her to crawl to things she wants :) YAY!!!

Just a really quick Christmas post... I "made" our stockings this year... Really just wrote our names and drew some little pictures with glitter!! And the Angel Wings are Chloe's ornament...because she is our Little Angel :)

Ok, this pic has nothing to do with Christmas, but Chloe is starting to try and pull herself up on things. She has done it ONCE in her crib but not since.

OK - So I've gotten behind AGAIN.... My internet is pretty slow upstairs so it takes FOREVER to upload pics... That's my excuse! But here is an update for the last couple of weeks!

First, we had the Peavler Family's gift exchange night on 12/7. Chloe got to open her first Christmas present - she actually did rip the paper a bit...

On 12/9, I cut my hair AGAIN! I lightened it too. I've felt mouse-y long enough. I know at least feel like I have a cute hair style...

This outfit was very cute but at this time, Chloe was very grumpy... but its still worth showing.

THANKSGIVING!!!

Well, I guess I should post some Thanksgiving pics.... We went to my parents' house in Nevada (since I haven't been in .... 3 years....) and most of my siblings were there - the oldest 4 were not :(

Thanksgiving dinner was nice. Not too hectic... we made the little kids eat outside. Like I said, the 7 youngest were there w/ their families and my cousin, Sara came with her friend. She's my age, but me - being the shy, awkward person I am - didn't talk to her much.

We all played dodge ball on Thursday night. My Dad had to open the building for us, so he stayed and sat there with Nadja and about 5 -7 little kids. I'm sure he was proud of his 'riggins' who got SPANKED by the "in-law" kids. It was still really fun though. Everyone commented on how good Shane was :)

Friday was a lazy day. Janell and Dan had their tennis rackets so the 4 of us went to the high school and played for a little while. I don't feel so bad about my "skills" anymore!! (j/k) Finally, we did some window shopping in Vegas on Saturday. We went to Daniel's for a little bit that night and just hung out. Obivously, I don't see my family down there very often so it's nice to catch up.

We drove home on Sunday and that's about it!! Chloe was such a good little girl during the day time, but she is starting to have rough nights. So my night times are basically nap times now. (I should say the word "times" more...)

Shane got our wonderful, fake, pre-lit tree out of the attic when we got home Sunday night. No needles, no water, no mess :) It's going to be fun keeping Lily away.
